No. There is no public signup for parents. You add each parent or guardian to their family, and NestliCare emails them an invitation to set a password and open the app.

That means if a parent says "I tried to sign up and couldn't", the answer is not a signup link. It is:

1. Open **Families & Children → Families** and find their family.
2. Check the parent's row. If it says **Not invited**, click **Invite**. If an invitation is pending, click **Resend**.

The invitation email is the only way in the first time. After they accept it, they log in normally.

If the parent already has a NestliCare account (they work for you, or their child attends another daycare using NestliCare), the invitation still works: they sign in with their existing login and accept, no new password needed. See [A parent already has a NestliCare account](/owners/faq/a-parent-already-has-a-nestlicare-account).
