No. Everything a teacher does day to day lives in the mobile app: checking children in and out, posting photos and activities to the feed, logging meals and naps, reporting incidents, messaging parents, clocking in, and seeing their schedule and hours. Most centers simply tell teachers to use the app.

Teachers **can** log into the web dashboard with the same account, and they get a classroom-scoped version of it (children, attendance, activities, messages, their own timesheets). It is just rarely needed, and none of the admin surfaces (staff, families administration, billing, reports, settings) are visible to them there.

So the practical setup for a new teacher is: add them under **Staff**, they accept the invitation on their phone, they install the app, done.
