Your data is yours, and you can take all of it yourself, any time:

- **Everything at once:** go to **Settings → Privacy → Export all organization data** and click **Download everything (JSON)**. The file holds every family, child, attendance, incident, health, billing, document and staff record. The owner or a super admin can do this.
- **CSV exports** on the pages themselves: reports carry **Export CSV**, the Invoices page exports payments, **Books** exports your year, payroll exports approved hours, and **Meals → Records** exports every meal logged in a date range.
- **Scheduled email backups:** under **Settings → Reports**, **Email Reports & Backups** sends signed document copies and periodic attendance, meal and timesheet reports to you, so a copy lives outside NestliCare without you thinking about it.
