Your data is yours, and we will never hold it hostage. The built-in ways to take it:

- **CSV exports** on the surfaces themselves: reports carry **Export CSV**, the invoice list and payment ledger export too, payroll exports approved hours, and **Meals → Records** exports every meal logged in a date range.
- **Periodic email backups**: under **Settings → Reports** you can have signed document copies and periodic CSV reports emailed to you on a schedule, so a copy of your records lives outside NestliCare without you thinking about it.
- **A full export**: email [support@nestlicare.com](mailto:support@nestlicare.com) and we will help you get a complete copy of your organization's data, including if you are leaving.

There are no cancellation fees and no export fees; leaving is allowed to be easy. That is a deliberate bet: we would rather keep you by being good than by being sticky.
