- **Super admins** always see the full Finances page: revenue, the payment ledger, payout accounts, the embedded Stripe dashboard, and payment settings.
- **Center admins** cannot open it by default. A super admin can grant one person **finance access** from their staff profile (**Let them open the Finances page**), and even then they get a scoped view: revenue and payment history for **their own center only**. Payout accounts, bank details, and payment settings stay with owners, and that is enforced on the server, not just hidden.
- **Teachers** are never eligible.

Granting and revoking takes effect on the person's next request, no re-login needed, and every change lands in your audit trail. Changing someone's role away from center admin clears the grant automatically.
