When every time is shifted by the **same fixed amount** (all check-ins showing 3 hours early, say), your organization's timezone is set wrong. Times in NestliCare are anchored to your center's timezone, not to whatever device is looking at them, so a wrong org timezone shifts everything uniformly.

Fix it under **Settings → General**: set the timezone to where your daycare actually is, and times display correctly again. It also drives when scheduled jobs run, like morning invoice generation at 9 AM your time and automatic late fees, so it is worth getting right on day one.

If just **one record** is wrong rather than everything, that is a data entry slip, not a timezone problem; correct that record on the Attendance page.
