NestliCare can email you copies of key records, so you always have a paper trail outside the app. It's under **Settings → Reports**, in **Email Reports & Backups**.

## Turn it on

Flip the master **Email notifications** toggle on, then choose what you want sent.

**Signed copies (per submission)** email you a copy each time a family completes one:

- **Signed parent forms**
- **Signed documents**

**Periodic reports** email you a CSV on a schedule:

- **Attendance report** (check-ins and check-outs)
- **Meal report** (meals served)
- **Timesheet report** (staff time entries)

Pick the ones that matter to you and leave the rest off.

## Why bother

Two good reasons: a **backup** of your data that lives in your own inbox, and a **paper trail** for signed forms and documents that you don't have to log in to find. It's a small setup that pays off at audit time or if you ever need records in a hurry.
