NestliCare has more features than any one daycare needs. Turn off the ones you don't use to keep the interface clean. Go to **Settings → Features**, the **Features & Modules** section.

## Recommended (standard) modules

These are on by default and fit most daycares:

- **Billing & Invoicing**
- **Calendar & Events**
- **Announcements & Newsletters**
- **Meals & Nutrition**
- **Documents & Enrollment Packets**
- **Reports & Analytics**

## Advanced modules

Turn these on if you need them:

- **Staff Scheduling**
- **Timesheets & Time Tracking** (required by Payroll)
- **Payroll** — export approved hours as a CSV for your payroll provider.
- **Leads & CRM**
- **Staff Documents**

Turning a module off removes it from the app but keeps the underlying records. Turn it back on later and everything returns.

## A couple of dependencies

- **Payroll** needs **Timesheets & Time Tracking** on.
- Only a **super admin** can change these. Center admins can see the tab but not toggle.

## A common setup

A home daycare with one provider usually turns off Staff Scheduling, Timesheets, Payroll, and Staff Documents, and keeps Billing, Calendar, Announcements, Documents, and Reports. A multi-site center typically leaves everything on.

## Troubleshooting

**I turned a module off but staff still see it.** Ask them to refresh (reload on web, reopen the app on mobile). The change applies on their next load.

**I can't turn off Timesheets.** Payroll depends on it. Turn Payroll off first.
