Closure days, field trips, picture day — your daycare posts them all on its calendar. Instead of remembering to check, you can add that calendar to the one already on your phone. New events then show up by themselves, right next to your own plans.

## Add it once

1. Sign in to NestliCare on the web and open **Calendar**.
2. Click **Subscribe** at the top.
3. Choose your calendar app:
   - **Add to Google Calendar** opens Google with the calendar ready to add.
   - **Add to Apple Calendar or Outlook** opens a subscribe prompt on your device.
   - **Copy feed link** copies the link so you can paste it into any calendar app that accepts a calendar by URL.

That's the whole job. You only do this once.

## Good to know

- **You'll see your family's events** — things happening at your children's center and rooms, plus anything the daycare shares with all families.
- **New events can take a few hours to arrive.** Calendar apps check subscribed calendars a few times a day. The NestliCare app itself always shows the latest right away.
- **Keep your link to yourself.** It's personal to you, like a private photo link — anyone who has it can see the same events you can. There's no password on it, so don't post it anywhere public.
- **Nothing to cancel if you leave.** If your family leaves the daycare, the link simply stops updating.
