Your hours live on the **Dashboard** tab, at the very bottom, under a section headed **Manage**. The first row there is **Timesheets**, and it carries a running total for the current week — so you can read your week's hours without opening anything.

Both apps put the **Timesheets** row in the same place with the same label, but the two open different screens. Which one you get depends on your phone, not on your center's settings. Both are described below.

## On iPhone

Tapping **Timesheets** opens a screen of the same name showing your individual punches.

The week total is shown to one decimal place, so seven and a half hours reads as **7.5h**.

If you have never clocked in, the screen reads **No Time Entries** with the line *"Your timesheet entries will appear here."*

## On Android

Tapping **Timesheets** opens a screen called **My Timesheets**, which shows **whole weeks** rather than individual punches. Each card is one week with a status on it — submitted, approved, or rejected.

Two things follow from that:

- You will not find a list of individual punches on Android, and there is no "hours this week" row at the top.
- Weeks only appear here once an admin has generated them. Until then the screen reads **No timesheets yet** with the line *"Your weekly timesheets will appear here when they are generated."* That is normal mid-week and does not mean your hours were lost.

Android writes the week total on the Manage row as hours and minutes, so seven and a half hours reads as **7h 30m**.

## Checking whether you forgot to clock out

An open shift is the thing worth looking for. On iPhone it is the row carrying the green **Active** badge — if yesterday's entry is still Active, you never clocked out. On Android, an unusually long week total on the Manage row is the same signal.

Either way the fix is the same: you cannot correct it yourself. Ask an owner or center admin.

## Who can fix a wrong entry

Corrections are an admin job, and they happen on the **web dashboard**, not in the app. An owner or center admin can:

- Correct the times or the break on an existing entry
- Add a shift you worked but never punched for
- Delete an entry that should not be there

They do this from **Staff → your name → Time**, or from the week's page under **Timesheets**. Every correction is recorded with who made it and why, and the reason they type is visible in the week's change history.

Once a week has been finalized, its hours are locked. An admin has to reopen the week before anything can change, and a week already included in a payroll run cannot be reopened until that run is voided. So if something is wrong, say so before payroll runs rather than after.

There is no Submit button on the iPhone timesheet screen. Weeks are generated and finalized by your admins on the web dashboard. If someone has asked you to "submit your timesheet" in the app, that is not a step that exists for you — your punches are already recorded the moment you clock out.

## Your pay

Pay stubs are not in the mobile app. If your center runs payroll through NestliCare, sign in to the web dashboard and open **My Pay**. If you do not see that page, your center does not use NestliCare for payroll, and your hours are exported to whatever system it does use.
