Email reports and backups
Have signed forms and periodic CSV reports emailed to you, as a copy of your records kept outside NestliCare.
NestliCare can email you copies of key records, so you always have a paper trail outside the app. It's under Settings → Reports, in Email Reports & Backups.
Turn it on
Flip the master Email notifications toggle on, then choose what you want sent.
Signed copies (per submission) email you a copy each time a family completes one:
- Signed parent forms
- Signed documents
Periodic reports email you a CSV on a schedule:
- Attendance report (check-ins and check-outs)
- Meal report (meals served)
- Timesheet report (staff time entries)
Pick the ones that matter to you and leave the rest off.
Why bother
Two good reasons: a backup of your data that lives in your own inbox, and a paper trail for signed forms and documents that you don't have to log in to find. It's a small setup that pays off at audit time or if you ever need records in a hurry.
