Offer NestliCare Plus to your families

NestliCare Plus is an optional add-on families can buy from NestliCare. Each evening its bird, Nestli, writes a short report on their child's day from what your teachers already share, plus a Sunday recap and trends. Parents can also ask it about the day, your calendar, or their bill. Your daycare decides whether families are offered it.

Turn it on

1. Go to Settings → NestliCare Plus. (You'll see this tab once NestliCare has made it available for your daycare.)
2. Read the summary and look at the sample report families will see.
3. Click Offer NestliCare Plus to our families and confirm.

Families see a Plus tab in the NestliCare app from then on. Every family member sees it; only parents with full access can buy it or turn on its AI.

Tell your families

Families should hear about NestliCare Plus from you first. The Settings page has a ready-to-send message: click Copy, then post it from Announcements. Change the wording however you like.

What changes for your daycare

• Nothing for your teachers. Nestli works from what they already share with families.
• Nothing for families who don't buy it. They keep the feed, photos, messages, and progress reports as they are today.
• Nothing on your invoices. Families pay NestliCare through the App Store or Google Play. Your daycare is not charged for it.
• Your staff don't see the reports. They go to the family.
• Some questions come to you as messages. When Nestli can't answer (for example, "Is she making friends?" or "Why was I charged a late fee?"), it drafts a message the parent can send to the child's teacher, or to whoever handles billing. The parent reviews and sends it themselves, so it arrives like any other message.
• Asking has a monthly allowance. Each family's Ask Nestli allowance is shared by the family. The app shows parents how much is left; if it runs out, Ask Nestli rests until their plan renews. Evening reports don't count toward it.

Nestli writes the best reports for rooms where teachers log naps, meals, and activities through the day. On a day with nothing recorded, it doesn't write.

Privacy

Nestli uses AI to write. Nothing is written about a child until a parent with full access says yes, and any of them can turn it off. It is built to leave out photos, last names, birthdays, health logs and incident reports, and it is set up not to describe a child's mood, behavior, or development.

If NestliCare turned it on

For some daycares, NestliCare turns NestliCare Plus on for families directly. Settings → NestliCare Plus then says Turned on by NestliCare. Nothing else is different, and you can turn it off the same way.

Turn it off

Go to Settings → NestliCare Plus → Turn NestliCare Plus off and confirm. New families can no longer buy it, and Nestli stops writing reports and answering questions for families who already subscribed. What it already wrote stays readable to them, and NestliCare emails the parent who subscribed how to cancel.
