Add an Enroll button to your website
Put an "Enroll online" button on your daycare's website that opens your NestliCare inquiry form, so families can reach you without calling.
Your public inquiry form lives at a link like nestlicare.com/enroll/your-daycare. Families who open it fill in a few details and land in your CRM as a lead. The easiest way to get families there is a button on your own website.
Before you start
The button only works once your form is live. Go to Admissions & CRM → Enroll Page and check for the Shareable Link box. If you see "Your form is waiting for a quick review" instead, wait for the approval (usually the same day) and come back.
Copy your link
- Go to Admissions & CRM → Enroll Page.
- Under Shareable Link, click Copy.
That link is all most website builders need.
Add the button
Pick your website builder:
- Wix: Add a Button element, click it, choose Link, pick Web address, and paste your link.
- Squarespace: Add a Button block, paste the link in the Link field, and set the text to "Enroll online".
- GoDaddy Website Builder: Add a Button section, set Link to to URL, and paste.
- WordPress: Add a Buttons block, type "Enroll online", click the link icon, and paste.
- Google Sites: Insert a Button, name it "Enroll online", and paste the link.
- Facebook page: Set your page's action button to Sign up and paste the link, or pin a post with it.
If your site takes HTML instead, use the Add an Enroll button to your website box on the same page. Click Copy Code and paste it where you want the button. It looks like this:

Change the words "Enroll online" to anything you like: "Join our waitlist", "Request a tour", "Inquire now".
Link or embed?
You have two options on the Enroll Page tab, and they do different things.
- The link (this article) opens your form on nestlicare.com, on a page with your name and logo. It works on any website, and because it is a normal link, families can also find the form when they search for your daycare.
- The embed code puts the form inside one of your own pages. Good if you want everything on your site, but it needs a builder that accepts an iframe, and the form inside it cannot be found by search.
Most daycares use the link. You can use both.
After it is live
Every submission shows up under Admissions & CRM → Pipeline with the source "Online Form". If you set up an automation, the family gets your welcome email right away. See Track leads and convert them to families.
