Change the questions on your inquiry form
Add, remove, reword or reorder the questions families answer on your public inquiry (enquiry) form, including your own dropdown questions.
Your inquiry form starts with a standard set of questions: the family's name, email and phone, the child's name and date of birth, a preferred start date, the days they need, allergies, how they heard about you, and a notes box. You can change any of them to fit your program.
Edit your questions
- Go to Admissions & CRM → Enroll Page, then Inquiry Form.
- Scroll to Questions.
- Make your changes:
- Reword a question by typing over it.
- Reorder with the up and down arrows.
- Make a question required with the Required box.
- Remove a question with the trash icon.
- Change dropdown choices under Answer choices: edit, remove, or type a new one and press Add.
- Click Save Questions.
Add your own question
Under Add a question, type the question, pick an answer type, and click Add:
- Short answer: one line of text.
- Long answer: a larger box for a few sentences.
- Dropdown: families pick one of your choices. Add at least one choice before saving.
- Date: a date picker.
For example, an evening and weekend program might add "Which evenings do you need care?" as a dropdown with "Weekday evenings", "Weekends" and "Both".
Questions that always stay
Two questions can be reworded but not removed:
- Email, so you can reply to the family.
- Child's date of birth, so each lead can be matched to the right room by age.
Removed one of the standard questions by mistake? Use Add back a standard question below the list. Reset to default questions puts the whole standard set back.
When your changes go live
Public forms are checked by NestliCare before they go live. After you save, your current form stays up until the change is reviewed, usually the same day.
Where the answers show up
Open the lead in your Pipeline. Answers to your own questions appear under From the inquiry form, labelled with your question.
