Submit an enrollment packet
Fill out, sign and upload the enrollment forms your daycare sent you, from the link in their email or message.
When you first sign up at a daycare, they may send you an enrollment packet. It's a set of forms, such as emergency contacts, medical details, a photo release and the handbook.
You fill it out from a private link. It opens in your phone's web browser. You don't need a NestliCare account or the app.
Open your packet
- Find the email (or message) from your daycare with the packet link.
- Tap the link. Your packet opens with a list of forms.
You can close the page and come back with the same link. Keep the link private. Anyone who has it can see and change your forms.
Do each item
Each item has one button:
- Fill online: type your answers. At the end, tap Sign and submit.
- Read and sign: read the document, then tap Acknowledge and sign.
- Upload: add a file the daycare asked for, like shot records. Use a PDF, JPG or PNG.
Some forms also have Blank copy, so you can see or print the empty form.
When an item is done, it shows Submitted or Signed by your name.
All done
When every item is done, the page says All done, thank you! Your daycare can see everything you sent.
Need to change something? Open the same link. Tap Re-sign or Update on that item.
Troubleshooting
The email never came. Check your spam folder. Then ask your daycare to send the link again.
"This link is invalid or has expired." Packet links last 30 days. Ask your daycare for a new one.
My file won't upload. Only PDF, JPG and PNG work. On iPhone, photos may save as HEIC. Take a screenshot of the photo and upload that, or save it as a PDF.
A form I expected isn't there. Your daycare chose what goes in the packet. Ask them.
