You can edit or delete an activity after it's posted, such as a meal, nap, diaper or photo.

Who can

  • Admins (owner and center admins) can edit or delete any activity.
  • Teachers can edit or delete only the activities they logged themselves.

If you don't see the pencil or trash on an entry, someone else logged it. Ask an admin.

On the web

  1. Go to Communication → Feed.
  2. Find the entry. Each child's entry is its own row, even if it was logged for several children at once.
  3. Click the pencil to edit it, or the trash to delete it.

In the app

On the activity feed, a card you're allowed to change shows a pencil and a trash. Tap the pencil to edit, or the trash to delete.

An activity logged for several children at once shows as one card listing the children. To change one child's entry from that card, use the Feed page on the web as described above.

Before you delete

Deleting can't be undone. The entry and its photos are removed for everyone, including parents. A parent whose app is already open may still see it until they refresh.

To fix a wrong note, child or time, edit the entry instead of deleting it.
