How many hours was a child here this week?
The child's Attendance tab totals this week, the last 2 weeks, or this month. Hours Present under Reports does every child at once, and parents see their own week's total in the app.
Open the child's profile and go to the Attendance tab. Above the tiles, pick This week, 2 weeks, or Month. Days attended, Absences, and Total hours then count only that range. Weeks run Monday to Sunday, and 2 weeks means this week plus last week, which covers centers that bill every two weeks. The list of days underneath always shows the child's whole history.
Hours are the real time between check-in and check-out. A child who left and came back the same day counts both stays, not the gap between them. A day that's still open (checked in, not yet checked out) counts as a day attended with no hours yet.
Every child at once
For overtime checks across the whole roster, use Reports → Hours Present and set the dates to your billing week. It lists each child's total hours for that range, and you can export it.
What parents see
Parents see the same number for their own children. In the app, they tap History next to Today's Attendance on the Home screen. On the web, they go to My Family → My Attendance. An Hours this week card at the top shows each child's total and how many days they came. Today, This Month, and a custom range show their own totals too. If a parent doesn't see the card, they need to update the app.
