What does NestliCare integrate with?

My Food Program for CACFP, Stripe for online payments, calendar apps for parents, and CSV exports for QuickBooks and payroll processors. No public API yet.

NestliCare's integration list is deliberately short. We build a connection when it removes double entry for a lot of daycares, and we keep it working. Here is the full list as of today.

Built-in connections

My Food Program (CACFP claims, United States). Paste one API key, confirm the child matches, and attendance and meal counts are sent to My Food Program every night. Menus planned there flow back into NestliCare as published meal plans. See My Food Program integration.

Stripe (online payments). Cards, ACH and other local bank debits, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, in five currencies, with payouts to your bank. You do not need your own Stripe account; NestliCare provisions one for you. See Enable online payments and Why can't I connect my own Stripe account?.

Calendar apps (parents and staff). Your daycare's closures and events can be subscribed to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, and they stay in sync. See Share your calendar.

Email. Invoices, invitations, newsletters, and reminders are sent from NestliCare. Parents can reply to a family email and the reply lands back in your dashboard. See Email a family.

Exports that feed other software

QuickBooks and accounting. There is no live QuickBooks sync. Export the financial report, the invoice list, or the payment ledger as CSV and import it into QuickBooks Online or any bookkeeping tool. See Export a financial report.

Payroll. Approved hours export as a CSV shaped for QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, Paychex Flex, Gusto, Paylocity, and most small-business processors. NestliCare does not run payroll itself. See Export payroll and Set up payroll mode.

Subsidy and regulator exports. CACFP meal reports in the US and subsidy exports for provincial programs in Canada. See Run the CACFP meals report.

Everything else. Every report has an Export CSV button, and periodic email backups can send CSVs and signed documents to you on a schedule. See Email reports and backups.

Bringing data in

Moving from another platform or from paper? Send us what you have and we set up your families, children, and staff for you, free. See Move your data over.

What is not available

  • No public API and no Zapier or webhook connector yet.
  • No two-way QuickBooks sync, only CSV export.
  • No built-in payroll processing; NestliCare prepares the hours, your processor pays.
  • No third-party check-in hardware. Check-in runs from the app, the web kiosk, or a printed QR code. See Configure check-in methods.

Payment accounts are provisioned by our team, not self-serve. Request setup on the Finances page, then complete Stripe verification yourself.
Where is my first payout?
Stripe holds every new account's first payout 7 to 14 days after the first payment. After that, payouts arrive about every 2 business days.
A parent replied to my email. Where is it?
Replies to an Email family message come back into NestliCare, under the bell, in the family's History tab, and on Sent emails. Answer there to keep the record.
An employer is paying a family's tuition. How do I bill them?
Add the employer as an agency with automatic statements, then give the child a full-tuition award. The employer gets emailed invoices only, and nothing else about the child.
