Where is my first payout?

Stripe holds every new account's first payout 7 to 14 days after the first payment. After that, payouts arrive about every 2 business days.

If this is your first parent payment: the money is queued, not lost. Stripe holds the first payout of every new business on its platform for 7 to 14 days after the first payment. It is a standard security step applied to all new businesses, and it cannot be skipped or shortened, by NestliCare or by you.

After the first one, payouts run automatically, typically arriving within 2 business days, with nothing for you to do.

To see the exact arrival date of any payout, open Billing & Payments → Finances and use the Payouts tab of the embedded Stripe dashboard. Every payout is listed there with its date and amount.

If it is not your first payout and money seems late, check the same Payouts tab and confirm your bank details on the Account tab.

Why can't I connect my own Stripe account?

Payment accounts are provisioned by our team, not self-serve. Request setup on the Finances page, then complete Stripe verification yourself.

Billing says it is set up but parents cannot pay

Why is there no retry button for a failed payment?

Retries go through the parent's saved payment method, so the parent retries from their invoice email, or auto-pay retries each morning, capped at 3 failures.

Do parents pay anything to use the app?

The app is free for parents. The only cost anywhere is a small convenience fee when a parent chooses to pay tuition online.
