Yes. White-glove data migration is free for every daycare, whether you have 5 children or 500. You do not do the data entry, and you do not need clean spreadsheets.
How it works:
- Go to Settings → Data Migration.
- Upload whatever you can export from your current system, in whatever shape it is in: CSV, Excel, PDF, Word documents, even photos of paper records.
- Our team sets up your families, children, staff, and rooms for you and lets you know when it is done.
There is no catch and no size threshold, because getting your data in is the hard part of switching, and we would rather do it for you than lose you to it.
