What if a parent forgot their pickup code?
Look it up from their family card with the key icon, or reset it if it leaked. Parents can also see and reset their own code in the app.
Fastest answer at the door: look it up. Go to Families & Children → Families, find the person on their family card, and click the key icon on their row. Their 4-digit code appears, along with when it last changed. Every reveal is recorded in your audit log, on purpose, because pickup codes are a child-safety control.
Also worth telling the parent: their code is always visible in their own app (the Your Pickup Code banner on their Dashboard), so next time they do not need to call you.
If the code did not just slip their mind but got out (a screenshot in a group chat, a lost phone, a custody situation), reset it instead: same dialog, Reset code. The old code stops working immediately and the person sees the new one in their app.
Teachers cannot reveal codes; this is a center admin and owner tool.
