What languages does NestliCare support?

English, Spanish, French, and German on the web dashboard and in emails. The iPhone app covers most screens in those languages; Android is English today.

NestliCare is available in English, Spanish, French, and German. Each person sees NestliCare in their own language, so an English-speaking director and a Spanish-speaking parent can share one daycare without either switching.

On the iPhone app, the everyday screens (feed, check-in, messages, invoices, timesheets) are translated; some newer screens still appear in English. The Android app shows English text today, but dates, times, and money already follow the phone's regional format.

How the language is chosen

  • Web: the dashboard follows your browser's language. You can also open it directly in a language: nestlicare.com/es, nestlicare.com/fr, or nestlicare.com/de.
  • Phone: the app follows the phone's language setting.
  • Emails: each person receives emails in their own language. New accounts start in the language of the device or browser they were invited from, and the organization's default language covers anyone who has not set one.

What is not translated

Anything your daycare types is shown exactly as typed: announcements, messages, activity notes, menus, and document names. NestliCare does not auto-translate a teacher's note for a parent. Form templates and enrollment packets are in whatever language you build them in.
