Can I hide features we don't use?
Yes. Settings → Features turns whole modules off. Off hides, it never deletes, and turning a module back on brings everything back.
Yes. Go to Settings → Features and switch off the modules you don't use:
- Billing & Invoicing, Calendar & Events, Announcements & Newsletters, Meals & Nutrition, Health, Documents & Enrollment Packets, Reports & Analytics
- the advanced set: Staff Scheduling, Timesheets & Time Tracking, Payroll, Admissions, Staff Documents
The same tab also holds a few smaller switches, such as Half-day sessions, Name-to-face reminders and Meal logging reminders.
The two rules:
- Off hides, it never deletes. The module disappears from the app but the underlying records stay. Turn it back on later and everything returns.
- Only the owner or a super admin sees this tab. Center admins don't see Features at all.
A typical home daycare with one provider turns off Staff Scheduling, Timesheets, Payroll, and Staff Documents. If staff still see a module you turned off, a refresh (reload on web, reopen the app on mobile) picks up the change.

Why do attendance times look off by a few hours?
Attendance times follow the center's timezone, or the organization's if the center has none. If every time is shifted by the same amount, fix the timezone.
A parent replied to my email. Where is it?
Replies to an Email family message come back into NestliCare, under the bell, in the family's History tab, and on Sent emails. Answer there to keep the record.
