Can I hide features we don't use?

Yes. Settings, Features lets you toggle whole modules off. Off hides, it never deletes, and turning a module back on brings everything back.

Yes. NestliCare has more features than any one daycare needs, and hiding the rest keeps the app simpler for your team. Go to Settings → Features and toggle modules off: Billing, Calendar, Announcements & Newsletters, Meals, Documents, Reports, and the advanced set (Staff Scheduling, Timesheets, Payroll, Leads & CRM, Staff Documents).

The two rules:

  • Off hides, it never deletes. The module disappears from the app but the underlying records stay. Turn it back on later and everything returns.
  • Only a super admin can toggle. Center admins can see the tab but not change it.

A typical home daycare with one provider turns off Staff Scheduling, Timesheets, Payroll, and Staff Documents. A multi-site center leaves everything on. If staff still see a module you turned off, a refresh (reload on web, reopen the app on mobile) picks up the change.

How do I get my data out of NestliCare?
Exports are built in and yours to take. CSV exports on reports and invoices, periodic email backups, and support will help with a full export.
Why do attendance times look off by a few hours?
Attendance and schedule times use your organization's timezone. If every time is shifted by the same amount, fix the timezone in Settings.
A parent replied to my email. Where is it?
Replies to an Email family message come back into NestliCare, under the bell, in the family's History tab, and on Sent emails. Answer there to keep the record.
